Berlita was born into a large family in São Tomé, one of five siblings. She lived there for 30 years and then relocated to Portugal, country she thoroughly enjoys.

Berlita believes in doing good and loves joy - "the Lord's joy is our strength". She has 4 children and a house full of joy. Berlita enjoys doing a variety of things but cooking is one of her favorites and comes from the heart.

She prepares our locally sourced organic for all our children with great love and joy every day.
